These restrictions apply to every voucher, unless specifically contradicted in the Deal Terms:

  • Not valid for cash back

  • Must be used in one visit

  • Does not cover additional tax, or gratuity

  • Cannot be combined with other offers

Refunds after Purchase

  • The refund period is five (5) days from the date of the voucher purchase in order to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  • The amount of the refund shall be no higher than the price paid for the voucher:

  • A refund may be issued if the voucher was not redeemed, expired. We may not authorize a refund if these conditions are not met.

How do much time I have to wait to use my voucher after purchase?

You may use the voucher starting from the day after purchase – up until the expiry date which is 3 months from the date of purchase


Can I give this offer as a gift?

Yes. You can give your voucher to anyone you want, It doesn’t matter if your name is written on the voucher that you’re giving. As long as the code has not been used, your friend will have no problems using it.


Can I buy a voucher for myself and use more than one?

No. If the conditions state so, you may not use more than one. If you buy more than one, you must give the others to other people.


Does my voucher have an expiration date?

Yes, the expiry date is 3 months after the date of purchase.
